  • Minimum transaction amount to be eligible for the offer is Rs 4,000.
  • Maximum discount capped at Rs. 1,500 per transaction.
  • Offer valid from 1st July 2022 to 14th July 2022.
  • Offer applicable once per card (across EMI & Non EMI transactions).
  • Offer applicable once per card across all categories.
  • Offer is NOT applicable on ICICI Bank Commercial Credit Cards & ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Credit Cards.
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/Bank offer – In case of availability of any other Brand/Bank cashback offer, above offer is not applicable.
  • Offer is NOT applicable on products with No Cost EMI scheme.
  • In case of multiple discount offers available on the same card, customer would need to click on “View and apply offer” tab on the payments page and choose the offer. Discount shall apply basis the offer chosen by the customer.
  • Offer is available on Select Cards only.
  • Offer is applicable on selected products only, check product page for offer applicability.

    Other Terms & Conditions of Offer

     

  • These “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
  • Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit/ Debit (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ platforms (eligible platforms).
  • Offers are valid from 1st July 2022 to 14th July 2022.
  • Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
  • Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card/Debit Card/ EMI transactions during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
  • Benefits under this offer is capped Rs 1,500 per transaction.
  • Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
  • Offer not valid on ICICI Bank Commercial Credit Cards.
  • In case of multiple promotions on the same card, customer needs to apply discount by choosing “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” button in the payments page after filling the card details. In order to avail the discount, customer needs to mandatorily click on the button & select the applicable promotion.
  • In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.
  • In case of two promos available, discount would be applicable as per the promo code chosen by the customer.
  • In case of payment failure, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
  • Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
  • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
  • Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
  • Decision of ICICI Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
  • By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
