  • Offer is NOT applicable on Products with No Cost EMI offer.
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/Bank offer – In case of availability of any other Brand/Bank cashback offer, above offer is not applicable.
  • In case of multiple discount offers available on the same card, customer would need to click on “View and apply offer” tab on the payments page and choose the offer. Discount shall apply basis the offer chosen by the customer.
  • Offer is available on Select Cards only.

    Other Terms & Conditions of Offers

     

  • These “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by HDFC Bank (“HDFC”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
  • Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit/Debit (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ platforms (eligible platforms).
  • Offers are valid from 27th June 2022 to 31st July 2022.
  • Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
  • Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit & Debit Card/ EMI transactions during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
  • Benefits under this offer is capped Rs 4,000.
  • Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
  • Offer not valid on HDFC Bank Commercial Credit Cards.
  • In case of multiple promotions on the same card, customer needs to apply discount by choosing “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” button in the payments page after filling the card details. In order to avail the discount, customer needs to mandatorily click on the button & select the applicable promotion.
  • In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.
  • In case of two promos available, discount would be applicable as per the promo code chosen by the customer.
  • In case of payment failure, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
  • Reliance Retail & HDFC Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
  • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
  • Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
  • Decision of HDFC Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
  • By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
