  • Minimum purchase required to avail the offer is Rs. 5,000.
  • Offer valid from 20th August 2021 to 31st August 2021.
  • Maximum cashback is capped at Rs. 1500 for Credit Cards & Rs. 1000 Debit Cards.
  • Offer applicable once per Card across the stores & website.
  • Cashback for eligible transaction shall be posted by 30th November 2021.
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/Bank offer

  • This “Cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by AU Small Finance Bank (“AU”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
  • Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ stores or online website www.reliancedigital.in.
  • Offers valid from 20th August 2021 to 31st August 2021
  • Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
  • Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card / Debit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online website. (Eligible Customer).
  • Benefit under this offer is capped at Rs. 1500 for Credit Cards & Rs. 1000 for Debit cards across the merchants’ stores and online website.
  • Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
  • Offer not valid on AU Small Finance Bank Commercial Credit Cards.
  • Cashback for eligible transaction shall be posted by 30th November 2021.
  • Reliance Retail & AU Small Finance Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
  • Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
  • Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
  • Decision of AU Small Finance Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
  • By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
