Product installation: We help to set up your product for optimum performance
  • Our engineers do more than just install - They also interconnect all compatible products that you own to the main product during installation.
  • Our engineers carry all necessary accessories needed so a single visit takes care of all your needs! 
  • Masonry, carpentry, plumbing and electrical wiring services come included  
  • Services of cable and wire harnessing provided
 
Specialised customer training:
  • Specialised training to customers on products and related applications by an industry trained personnel
 
Authorised Service Station for diagnosis and repairs (Caters to all brands)
  • One stop solution for repairs for all brands’ products
  • Repairs covering both pre and post manufacturer warranty periods
  • On-site service for select products – for the rest, our engineers shall transport products to and fro from the service station
 
Demonstrate Product Usage:
  • Live demonstration of all features of the product
  • Provide handy care tips
 
Health check-up plan: Preventive Maintenance
  • To ensure that your products do not malfunction, we offer periodic services and maintenance check-ups  
  • Tips on upkeep of products for optimal performance
  • Also covers products not purchased from Reliance Digital

1. Not applicable where as a solution, replacement of product with equivalent model is being arranged & to be given
2. Not applicable where definite time frame of parts supply is available.
3. Not applicable when stand by unit support is provided to customer during product non-functional
4. Not applicable where repair support can be provided to make unit in functional condition
5. Not applicable where product is undergone aesthetic/ physical  damage in any manner whatsoever
